  1. When I need to turn my brain off and just unplug from science, I like to play video games. I’m a fan of RPGs and adventure-type games; right now, I’m playing Dead Island on the PS3, and I just finished Uncharted 3 a while ago. I also read a lot (fiction; I’m currently re-reading all of the Discworld novels), I like to ride my bike, and I love to head out and explore the city with my wife.

  2. I have lots of things I love to do outside of work. I really love to skate, and often take my roller skates with me everywhere, just in case. I also like to watch sport, especially AFL, and especially at the game instead of on TV! because I don’t have a TV at home, I spend a lot of time reading, mostly fantasy or historical fiction. When I have enough money to be creative, I really enjoy cooking, especially for my friends. Every now and then we get together for a big cook-up, where we all work together to make a delicious feast, and have a great time!

  3. Dear princess; In Nepal, I have a lot to see, experience and to explore. By the way, this hour of last year, 5th of Sep., 2011, I was in the plane heading for Nepal, first time of my life. There is Patan Palace nearby my apartment. In my pastime, I walk through the market place and go to that palace. As a resident, I am free to enter without paying the entrance fee.

The palace is made of all wood. Every door, every pillar, and all the eaves are hand-carved with similar but different figures. It is an UNESCO registered ancient estate. Some parts of the palace was destroyed by earthquake but it is on the way for restoration. I just walk around here and there, enough to pastime.

  4. I’m addicted to skiing, but unfortunately that’s only once a year when there’s snow! But when there’s no snow, I love reading thrillers/science fiction books, shopping and roadtrips!
