I do like chicken, yes! My favourite way to cook it is to chop up some thighs, cooked in a wok with a little bit of olive oil and sesame oil, some onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, and lots of broccoli! It’s very easy, quite yummy, and is good for you too, especially if you eat it on top of brown rice.
But just because someone doesn’t eat or like chicken doesn’t mean there is something wrong with them. I have many friends who are vegetarian or vegan, and therefore don’t eat any meat. For some, it is because of their religion, others because they don’t like the way meat is usually produced, some because they don’t think eating meat is ethical, and others because they simply don’t like the taste. My cousin is a vegetarian because his body cannot digest meat properly, meaning he will get very sick if he eats it.
