Dear Cahlahm; Yes, I do. Almost all Koreans do. We eat Kimchi almost every meal with cooked rice(sticky rice). I heard there are over 700 different kinds of Kimchi. You can make Kimchi with almost any vegetables. It is not easy to make tasty Kimchi, though.
It take some time to get to like Kimchi for foreigners as it has particular smell. Once you get the taste of it, you will really like it.
As a joke, someone I met in USA, told me it is easy to ‘kill’ Koreans. I got very surprised and looke at him. He told me that withholding Kimchi from Korean for 3 days, they will all DIE! That is quite an exaggeration but has good message in it.
