Dear Ando: Every practicals done in the kitchen is science; Actually everything done at home in everyday life involve science.
For example, cooking, washing dishes and dirty closes with detergents, vacuuming, brain not working in full capacity when you didn’t have breakfast, etc. Especially kitchen science is directly affect your foods on the table, whether they are delicious or tasteless. How fast can you prepare the meal when you are very hungry, how to reduce the loss or destruction of vitamins during cooking, etc.
To try out new receipe, think of this kitchen science in mind. Can you think of some way to peel the onions without shedding tears? Can you make a simple device to peel many potatos at the same time? All of these involve science, the ‘Kitchen Science’. Aren’t they fun?
